Screw Pump Test Rigs
 

Screw pump of size 40 mm x 40 mm to discharge 26 LPM at 25 m. head to normal speed 1440 RPM, 2 H.P. capacity Pump Test rig set is suitable for pump test at different discharge against different heads.

2 H.P. capacity motor is coupled directly to pump.

M.S. reservoir with gauge glass & scale fitting, drain valve of ½ ” size & a bend.

M.S. collecting as well as measuring tank with drain valve of 2” size. A gauge glass & scale fitting are fitted on measuring tank for discharge measurement.

Globe Valve is provided to control discharge. Pressure gauge and Vacuum Gauge are mounted on delivery line and Suction line respectively for measurement of delivery head and suction head.

Control Panel consists of Energy meter & starter.

Strong iron stand to support the unit.

Entire unit is powder coated with good colour combination.

Instruction manual 1 copy.


SERVICE REQUIRED :

Hydraulic Ram of size 2” x 1” to work from a supply head of 8’ & to discharge 360 LPH at 45’ deliver head.

Water supply tank with a diffuser inlet supply line gauge glass & scale fittings, over flow arrangement drain cock supply pipe line of 2” dia. & length 20” with coupling at both ends to connect the supply tank to the Hydraulic Ram.

Measuring tank for measurement of useful water with gauge glass & scale fittings.



NOTE : Waste water flow measuring channel with foundation will be made by customer. We will provide only construction drawing

VALVES IN CUT SECTION
Actual valves in cut section - Globe valve, Gate Valve, Angle Valve, Needle Valve, Ball Valve, Swing Valve, Foot Valve, Butterfly Valve,
Cylindrical Valve, Shut Off Valve are mounted on wooden board.

M.S. reservoir with gauge glass & scale fitting, drain valve of ½ ” size & a bend.

M.S. collecting as well as measuring tank with bypass arrangement & drain valve of 1” size.
A gauge glass & scale fitting are fitted on measuring tank for discharge measurement.

Gate Valve is provided to control discharge. Pressure gauge is mounted on delivery line for measurement of delivery head.

Control Panel consists of Energy meter & starter.

Strong iron stand to support the unit.

Entire unit is powder coated with good colour combination.
